The Goods Not To Be Sold Or Transferred The Right Not To Be transferred Without The Approval

13. The goods not to be sold or transferred the right not to be transferred without the approval:
The goods purchased by the license holder person receiving the privilege of foreign currency or any other
kinds of privilege from the Government of Nepal shall not be sold or be transferred the right to any other person without the approval of the Ministry.
